Terms and Conditions
The legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of Brandches by Choosioo, including link-in-bio pages and Instagram Auto-DM automation.
Brandches is an official product developed and operated by Choosioo. By accessing or using Brandches, you agree to these Terms. Your account uses Choosioo’s universal identity. Because Choosioo is a unified multi-product platform, removing a Brandches workspace does not delete your master Choosioo account.
1Agreement & Product Ownership
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Creator”, or “you”) and Choosioo (“Choosioo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of Brandches (“Brandches”, “Service”, “Platform”).
Brandches is an official product of Choosioo. All underlying software, APIs, infrastructure, intellectual property, and trademarks associated with Brandches are owned and operated by Choosioo.
2Universal Login & Unified Platform Architecture
Choosioo operates a universal account and single sign-on (SSO) architecture across its product ecosystem. When you create an account or sign in to Brandches, your credentials belong to your universal Choosioo account.
Because Choosioo is a unified platform hosting multiple services, deleting or resetting your Brandches workspace, bio profiles, or disconnecting your Instagram account will not delete your master Choosioo user account. Deleting Brandches workspace data will permanently erase your bio pages, link configurations, Instagram cached media, and Auto-DM rules without archival, while keeping your parent Choosioo identity active for other services.
If you wish to terminate your master Choosioo account entirely, you may request complete account termination by contacting support@brandches.com.
3Meta Verified Platform & Instagram Authorization
Brandches provides creator tools including link-in-bio landing pages, smart traffic routing, and automated comment-to-Direct Message engagement systems (“Auto-DM”). This automation operates through official Meta-Approved Connections and Messenger Platform protocols.
- Parent Developer Name during Meta Sign-in: When you connect your Instagram Professional or Creator account via Meta OAuth, the consent screen and application permissions dialog will be identified under the parent company name: Choosioo.
- Meta Policy Adherence: You agree to comply strictly with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines .
- Anti-Spam & Rate Limits: Brandches automations may only be used to respond to genuine user interactions (such as a follower requesting a resource via a post comment keyword). Automated bulk spam, cold outreach, deceptive engagement loops, or harassment are strictly prohibited.
- Independence Disclaimer: Choosioo and Brandches are independent software tools built upon public and partner Meta APIs. Choosioo is not endorsed, sponsored, or certified by Meta Platforms, Inc.
4Content Violations & Immediate Account Deactivation Rights
Choosioo enforces strict safety and content standards across Brandches bio pages, links, and automated messaging. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Sexually explicit content, pornography, adult services, or non-consensual sexual imagery.
- Violence, incitement to violence, terroristic threats, or dangerous organizations.
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, defamation, or bullying.
- Illegal drugs, regulated substances, weapons, or unauthorized pharmaceutical sales.
- Fraudulent schemes, phishing, deceptive financial scams, or malicious URLs.
Choosioo reserves the absolute right to immediately suspend, terminate, or deactivate your Brandches workspace, bio profiles, and account access without prior notice if any violation occurs. Terminated accounts for policy violations are not entitled to refunds.
5Billing, Payment Descriptors & No-Refund Policy
Paid subscriptions and add-ons are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways including Razorpay and Stripe.
- Billing Descriptor on Statements: Transactions on your credit card, debit card, bank statements, or UPI receipts will appear under the merchant name: “Brandches by Choosioo” or “Choosioo”.
- No Refund Policy: As of now, Choosioo operates a strict no-refund policy. All purchases, subscription fees, renewal charges, and plan upgrades for Brandches are non-refundable once billed. In future platform updates, Choosioo may introduce a formal refund or prorated credit policy at its sole discretion.
- Cancellation: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
6Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content, logos, images, copy, and digital products that you upload or link through Brandches. By using the Service, you grant Choosioo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, cache, display, and proxy your content as required to deliver your public bio landing page and execute requested automations.
