Choosioo respects your privacy. Brandches collects only the minimum necessary data to build your public bio page and execute your Instagram Auto-DM workflows. We do not sell your personal information or follower data.

Data Controller & Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Choosioo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information through our creator product Brandches (“Brandches”, “Service”). Choosioo is the legal data controller of your personal data.

Information We Collect

A. Universal Choosioo Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and account profile details under the universal Choosioo authentication service.

B. Meta & Instagram Connection Data

When you connect Instagram (which displays as Choosioo during OAuth authorization), we receive an authorized access token, your Instagram account ID, username, profile picture, post IDs, and webhook events (comments on your posts and direct messages directed to your account) necessary to trigger your automation rules.

C. Bio Page Content & Media

Links, thumbnails, banners, headlines, themes, layout configurations, and digital product assets you publish on your public Brandches URL.

D. Google Analytics & Usage Telemetry

We use Google Analytics to track aggregate, non-personally identifiable site metrics such as page views, country-level traffic origins, browser types, and feature adoption. This assists us in optimizing platform performance and maintaining reliable infrastructure.

How We Use Meta Platform Data & No-Sale Commitment

We adhere strictly to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Data Use Checklists:

  • Automated Execution Only: Meta API data is processed solely to fulfill the creator’s requested comment-to-DM triggers and display post thumbnails.
  • Zero Data Selling: We never sell, lease, or rent your personal information or your followers’ interaction data to data brokers, advertising networks, or third parties.
  • Encrypted Tokens: All Meta-approved connection access tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
  • No Spam or Unauthorized DM Dispatch: Direct messages are sent exclusively in response to explicit keyword triggers initiated by followers on public posts.

Payment Processing & Billing Descriptors

Payment processing for Brandches is handled via certified payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not store or process raw debit or credit card numbers on our servers. Your banking or card statement will reflect charges under “Brandches by Choosioo” or “Choosioo”.

Data Retention & Zero-Archival Deletion Policy

Permanently Deleted, Never Archived: When you delete your Brandches workspace or request account removal, your bio data, links, automation rules, and cached Instagram media are permanently purged from our production databases. We do not maintain archived copies of deleted user accounts.

Because Choosioo is a unified multi-service ecosystem, deleting your Brandches workspace purges Brandches-specific data while keeping your primary Choosioo account available for other products, unless you explicitly request complete Choosioo master account deletion.
