User Data Deletion Instructions

Meta Platform Compliant Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Policy and global privacy standards, here is how you can permanently remove and delete your personal data and Instagram permissions from Brandches and Choosioo.

Option 1: Revoke Access via Instagram (Instant)

You can immediately disconnect Brandches from your Instagram account at any time directly through the Instagram app or website:

  1. Open the Instagram App and navigate to your Profile.
  2. Tap the hamburger menu (≡) in the top-right and select Settings and privacy.
  3. Scroll to Your app and media and tap Website permissions → Apps and websites.
  4. Locate Choosioo (or Brandches by Choosioo) under the “Active” tab and tap Remove.

When you remove our app, Meta sends an automated deauthorization webhook to Choosioo servers. We immediately revoke and purge all stored Instagram access tokens.

Option 2: Delete Brandches Workspace (Self-Serve)

You can delete your bio page, custom link trees, media files, and Auto-DM automation rules directly from your Brandches Creator Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your dashboard at brandches.com/dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Data & Privacy.
  3. Click “Delete Brandches Workspace” and confirm the action.

What happens upon workspace deletion:

• Zero Archival: All bio links, layout themes, analytics counters, and Auto-DM rules are permanently erased. No accounts or workspace configurations are archived.

• Unified Choosioo Account: Because Choosioo is a unified platform, your master Choosioo account remains intact for other services unless you specifically request its deletion.

Option 3: Full Choosioo Master Account Erasure via Email

If you wish to delete your unified Choosioo account entirely (including all associated products and workspaces), you can send an email to:

Email Subject: “Complete Account Data Deletion Request”

Send to: support@brandches.com

Please send the email from the registered address associated with your universal Choosioo account. Our data privacy team processes verification and full permanent purge within 48 business hours.
